Matthew Banks Photography and/or its affiliates (“2F5 Store”) provide website features, products, and services when you visit or shop at 2F5.club, use 2F5 Store products or services, or use 2F5 Store applications for mobile (collectively, “2F5 Services”). 2F5 Store provides 2F5 Services subject to the following conditions.
Matthew Banks Photography offers several 2F5 Services, and sometimes additional terms may apply. When you use a 2F5 Service (example: Your Profile, Photo Storage, or Photography Services) you also will be subject to the guidelines, terms and agreements applicable to that 2F5 Service (“Service Terms”). If these Conditions of Use are inconsistent with the Service Terms, those Service Terms will control.
Your privacy is highly valued and the information you share is kept confidential. Please note that products that are shipped internationally are subject to inspection by customs and postal authorities. Order, shipment, and product information may be shared by carriers to customs and/or postal authorities in compliance with local laws.
When you use and 2F5 Service, or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages on this site or through other 2F5 Services such as Photo Storage, and you can retain copies of these communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
All content included in or made available through any 2F5 Service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software is the property of Matthew Banks Photography and/or its affiliates or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content included in or made available through any 2F5 Service is the exclusive property of Matthew Banks Photography and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
If you use any 2F5 Service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. Matthew Banks Photography does not sell products for children but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with permitted payment methods such as paypal or credit card. If you are under 18, you may use 2F5 Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Matthew Banks Photography reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
All items purchased from Matthew Banks Photography are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Matthew Banks Photography is not responsible for delays due to customs.
All payments are securely processed by paypal.
Matthew Banks Photography does not take title to returned items until the item is received from shipping. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Matthew Banks Photography does not take title to the refunded item. Refer to Cancellations, Refunds and Returns for more information.

MATTHEW BANKS PHOTOGRAPHY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE 2F5 SERVICES, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE 2F5 SERVICES, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE 2F5 SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

MATTHEW BANKS PHOTOGRAPHY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE 2F5 SERVICES, INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE 2F5 SERVICES OR ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS SENT FROM MATTHEW BANKS PHOTOGRAPHY ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. MATTHEW BANKS PHOTOGRAPHY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF 2F5 SERVICES, OR FROM ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH ANY 2F5 SERVICE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING.
CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THSE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
By using any 2F5 Service, you agree that applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Matthew Banks Photography.

Purchased items may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment. The consumer shall provide proof of purchase when making a cancellation request. A full cash refund shall occur within 14 business days for any items cancelled prior to shipment. Once items have shipped refer to return policy.
Items may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt of shipment and must be shipped back within 45 calendar days of receipt of shipment. The consumer shall be responsible for paying the return postage fee. The consumer must provide proof of purchase and photographed documentation of item(s) condition prior to shipment when returning items. Photographed documentation should be adequately lighted and in focus to note any discrepancies in item condition due to shipping damages. Customer must follow provided shipping guidelines. Failure to follow provided shipping guidelines may invalidate return policy if item(s) are damaged. Upon receipt of items returned, items shall be assessed for overall condition and a store credit of equal value shall be credited for future purchases.
The following store credit amounts shall be tendered upon receipt of returned item(s) based on item(s) condition.
Like New -- 75% of item(s) value
Good -- 50% of item(s) value
Poor -- 0% of item(s) value
Like New – Item appears untouched and in perfect condition. Item may not be in original packaging, and item has no signs of wear. Item works perfectly. Certificate of authenticity is included (if applicable).
Good – Item shows signs of wear consistent with common use, but remains in usable condition and works perfectly. Certificate of authenticity is included (if applicable). Item may be marked or show identifying marks on it, or contain blemishes.
Poor – Item is a copy, counterfeit, replica or imitation. Item requires repair or service. Item is dirty, stained, corroded, water damaged, or molded. Item does not work perfectly.
Item(s) may be replaced free of charge within the United States under the following conditions:
Item must be packed in a container with at least 1/4" of packing on all sides. Item must be packed to protected packing and outside of container must a warning for any item(s) containing glass or fragile components.
If you are sending the item within the United States and the order is valued at $500 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued over $35 must be returned with a trackable shipping service. For items below $35, USPS delivery confirmation is recommended.
